. Procedures
1. The seller issues draft contract to buyer for comments and acceptance, the buyer signs and returns the draft contract showing all amendments required and adds full banking coordinates as set out within five (5) days, (This document)
2. The seller amends where necessary, signs, seals and send by mail.
3. Seller issues the final hard copy. Buyer signs the hard copy contract and returns it to the seller. Any facsimile copy or e-Mail shall be considered as the original.
4. Within five (5) banking days after the final hard copy contract signature, Seller’s Bank asks the Banking Capacity Letter (BCL) from Buyer’ Bank. Once Seller receives the BCL in his bank, he provides the Proof Of Products (POP) confirmed by the Seller’s Bank in charge of the commodity.

5. Once the Buyer receives the POP accepted by his Bank, he will open and provide the LC to the Seller’s Bank.
6. The seller will issue a performance bond of 2 % of the monthly value of the contract,
7. Parties exchange by Bank to Bank swift,
8. Inspection and Delivery shipment shall commence after the fulfilment of the procedure, stated above, as per the terms and conditions of this contract and in according with schedule of deliveries
